Founder and Principal Shareholder
Before becoming a lawyer, Gabriel Espinosa-Ramos wasn't just studying law - he was gaining valuable experience in the tech industry. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He later earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During his time in tech, Gabriel wasn't just writing policies; he was crafting them with a specific goal: fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) while saving large technology companies millions through improved processes and reduced liability.
This experience fueled Gabriel's passion for justice, particularly for immigrants and marginalized workers. He founded Espinosa-Ramos Law with a clear mission: to empower immigrants to live free from fear and exploitation, help employees facing workplace discrimination find justice, and equip employers with the knowledge to create legal but also fair and equitable policies. Driven by his own family's experiences with exploitation, Gabriel approaches every case with zeal, guided by his core principles of Passion, Integrity, and Excellence (P.I.E).
